Welcome to the Secretary of State's Electronic Application for Disability Parking Placards.

To begin the process to renew your blue permanent disability parking placard or your yellow/grey meter exempt parking placard, please enter the requested information in the boxes shown below. Once the information is complete and it has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation if you provided an email address. You should bring either your renewal notification letter or confirmation email to your physician/medical professional to complete the renewal process.

This electronic application CANNOT be used for those renewing red temporary disability parking placards or if you are a parent/guardian renewing on behalf of your disabled child. These must be renewed using the paper application process.

If you are applying for a disability parking placard for the first time or changing your first or last name on your placard, you must use the paper application process and submit it to the Secretary of State's Office by mail only.
