Instructions For Using The Corporation/LLC Search

STEP 1.

• If you are looking for both CORPORATION and LLC information

     Click the radio button labeled Corp and LLC

• If you are looking for a CORPORATION


     Click the radio button labeled Corporation Name

• If you are looking for a LLC (Limited Liability Company)

     Click the radio button labeled LLC

STEP 2.

1. Do you know the file number
2. Do you  know the Corporation/LLC name
3. Do you  know part of the name
4. Do you  know only the beginning of a word within the name
5. Too many names to search through
6. You have not found the Corporation/LLC  name

STEP 3.

• Enter File Number or Keyword in the search field

STEP 4.

• Click on Submit button to start the search

• Click on Reset button to clear the search fields
